Hello,
I'm Alisa. My family just moved to Albuquerque at the end of Jan.  My 3 year old was in preschool but now I'm trying to have both kids at home and am feeling challenged to provide enough fun and socialization for both of them and keep the house clean as well.

We live on the NE side of ABQ and would love to meet other kids at Loma del Norte or other nearby park.  We've been to storytime at Cherry Hills library, which was nice.

Does anyone know of a Spanish storytime anywhere?  I could contribute a few songs and stories if anyone is interested in starting a group.

Thanks,
  Alisa

Hi Alisa,
I have a 3 yo boy and a 7 month old girl.  We are unschoolers, and we live in the South Valley, so we aren't very close to each other, but still I'm always looking for other homeschoolers with kids the same age as mine.
Welcome to Albuquerque, and maybe we'll get a chance to meet at some point.

I have a 9 yr old daughter, 3 yr old twin boys and a 7 month old boy.  I live on the West side right now, but seem to find myself all over Albuquerque.  Welcome to Albuquerque.

Hi Alisa.  I have a son, Dallin, who will be three in July.  He always welcomes the idea of playmates.  We live in Glennwood Hills, east of Tramway, south of Comanche.  Our favorite parks are Holiday (on Comanche, between Tramway and Juan Tabo) and High Desert (on Acadamey, east of Tramway).  We'd love to meet you at one of them sometime.  Our number is 271-9299.

Hi, I'm Bobbie, and I have a 2 1/2 yr. old boy, Tyler. We live in the NE Heights, off Copper between Tramway and Juan Tabo, so I think we're relatively close to you. It would be great to do something. The weather hasn't been that good lately, but I'm sure there are other things to do.

Hi Alisa, I have 6 kids, the youngest is 3. Kailey and I attend the Cherry Hills Library as well on Thursday mornings, 11:00. There are also lots of activites to pick and choose from within the group, so maybe we'll meet soon. We live in the East Mtns. but are always in ALbuquerque with one of the other 4 that are still in school, doing something. We'll look for you on Thurday.
