My husband(Shane) and the kids go to the monthly rocket launch out by our house done by the Albuquerque Rocket group.  They are having one of their big last summer launches this Saturday Sept.9th. You can bring your rockets and launch with them or just watch as they send some really big and really really loud ones up thousands of feet!

If anyone is interested I am just going to point you to Shanes post about it. If you want to fly your rocket with them reply to my husbands post as the rocket group organizer that Shane works with needs to know how many homeschoolers will be launching.

Please continue to keep us abreast on their events if you happen to remember . . . they are such a neat group!  The launches are pretty mind-blowing considering it's a "hobby"!!!!!!!!!
