A hit on Broadway, A Year With Frog and Toad was nominated for 3 Tony Awards® – including Best Musical and became a show everyone can love. Based on the book by Arnold Lobel and developed by his daughter, Adrianne Lobel, the stage musical remains true to the spirit of the original stories as it follows two great friends, the cheerful and popular Frog and the rather grumpy Toad through four fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation in the spring, they proceed to plant gardens, swim, rake leaves and go sledding, learning life lessons along the way, including a most important one about friendship and rejoicing in the attributes that make each of us different and special.

On the first Saturday of each month, Home Depot offers the same sort of workshop between 9 a.m. and noon.  (It only lasts that long if there's enough interest.)

These are free programs and great for both genders.  Free aprons and eye protection are usually included and available for take-home.  Certificates are personalized and offered at the end for successful completion of the project.  Lowe's gives a patch and a sticker.  Home Depot gives a pin for clothing.  These are fun to collect and/or scrapbook.  Take your camera . . . it's a hoot!   Take advantage of it!    :D

On the second Saturday of each month, Lowe's hosts a building workshop for children, free of charge.  I believe it starts at 10 a.m. and lasts one-hour.

First Fridays Fractals: In the LodeStar Planetarium

On the First Friday of each month come to the planetarium to behold the spectacular beauty and mystery of Fractals. �Come and enjoy these fantastic creations and learn about the beauty of fractal patterns, fractal mathematics, Chaos Theory, and fractals in nature in this LIVE presentation in our 55 foot digital dome theatre. �This presentation is entertaining for young and old alike and is guaranteed to educate and entertain all who watch!

General Daily Schedule
9:15-9:30: sign-in kids (they need to remain in lobby with parents until 9:30).
9:30-10:00: Greet and Stretch
10:00-11:00: Gymnastics Instruction. Twenty minute rotations on 3 events.  We will divide kids into groups by level and age.
11:00-11:45: Open Gym time to play, do routines, or work on skills
11:45-12:30: Lunch Break
12:30-1:30: Gymnastics Instruction.  Twenty minute rotations on 3 events.
1:30-3:20: Open Gym time.
3:20-3:30: Pick-up time.

Camp Rates:
$35 per day for members
$45 per day for non-members
Siblings receive $5 discount
