I've been homeschooling in NM since 2001, but we've been out of the state since Sept. 2006.  We are coming back in Jan. 2008 and are so excited to be coming home!  I have a 11 yob who loves history and science.  We will be living in Algodones and I'm wondering if there are any groups out in the NW Rio Rancho, Bernalillo or Placitas area.

Hi Cheryl!  Actually, I think that is info we just haven't updated yet.  There are a wide range of ages in our group.  Mine are 1-almost 9, but there are quite a few families in our group with kiddos over 10.  Welcome back to the area!

My twin sons will be 11 years old in just one more month!! (Yikes!)   :o

We've missed you guys. My sons ask about Benjamin every so often and wonder
when your family is moving back. They still talk about that fanstastic birthday/going away party you
guys had at the Corrales Park. (Was it really 2 years ago?? Gosh, time flies!)
Is your hubby back at Intel again?

We're members of ABQ Co-op, but unfortunately, we recently moved away from NW Rio Rancho to the
East Mountains, so we don't get to Corrales all that often now. But I suspect that may change during the summer.

We'll also try to be more active in the group's East Side park days, if you we know that older kids will be there.

Either way, let's make plans to get together soon!!  ;D

Hi Lisa, good to hear from you again!  Benjaman has asked about Jackson and Jeremiah a few times also.  I'm sad you guys moved, but I'm sure we'll see you somewhere, sometime!  We'll get the boys together.

My hubby will have to go to Arizona for 2-3 months for training as soon as we get back to NM.  So Ben and I will be transitioning back into life by ourselves.  Can you tell I'm not happy about that?  Oh well, at least he got a job, yes, it's with Intel.
