Albuquerque Homeschool Forum / Around town / Craft Fairs?
Posted by: 279 (Guest), March 13, 2008, 12:16pm
I make hair bows for little girls, and was thinking about building up an inventory and renting a booth at a craft fair, probably in late summer or early fall. Are there any good annual craft fairs in ABQ? I also would like to find a partner to share a booth with, if anyone else makes crafty things to sell and is interested. This would probably be a one shot deal for me, because it takes a lot of time to take that many hair bows.

Hi Marie! :D
I have a recommendation: Hobby Lobby sells a craft fair list at the cash register for $3. It's a pretty good list!
There is also the flea market each weekend . . .
Also, Other Mothers loves to sell girls' hair bows . . . they may buy some from you!
Admittedly, I am very tempted to share a booth w/you . . . especially because of the timing you're interested in. Let me give this some thought, gal! :D

Great, I will check into it. My dada makes bolo ties and he might be interested in sharing too. What do you make?
