Hi all! I am homeschooling my daughter Sarvahna for third grade. I also have a 7 mnth old son Miles  This is my first year homeschooling. I am going to the westside park day Tuesday for park day. I don't know who to talk with when I show up. I am Jennifer and I will see you their.

Welcome, and feel free to talk to anyone at park day. We are a friendly bunch! Look for the big group of mom's sitting under the shade tree in the grass:) Bring along a lawn chair or blanket if you'd like.

Hello, My name is Stephnie and I will be homeschooling my daughter who is 5 1/2.  We are going to go to the East Side park tomorrow (Thursday) at 10am!  Can't wait to meet you!

Great, Stephnie. We'll see you at the park. My daughter, who is also 5 1/2, will be there as well!

We will be coming next week instead of this week.  Today is "Dump the Pump" day because gas prices are so high and I usually participate in these kinds of things.  The kids and I are going to try to stick close to home today...atleast within walking distance!  Hope to see you all next week!

I am going to homeschool my 7th and 8th graders this coming year and I am looking for some advice on what programs are good for these grades. My kids have been in APS for all grades but I have had it with the incompetence of the schools. I also have a 7 month old so I would like something that will hold their attention. I live in the north east , do you all meet up here ever?

Hi again. I missed last weeks park day. My daughter spent the night away from home. We will be there tommorow though. My daughtr Sarvahna is 6 and a half going to be in 3rd grade.

Hi Jennifer,

My name is Jenifer (one N) and I will be at the West Side Park Day.  As Cindy said above, feel free to "cop a squat" under the shade tree with us.  Some folks also  bring snacks and water or a picnic lunch.  Most of us clear out before or around noon just because it gets so hot.  We love new families and there are plenty of kids for your daughter to play with.  Hope to see you there.  I'll try to bring the Co-Op sign so you know its us.  There've been a lot of other groups lately because of the lunch program.
