Mountain Mahogany Community School is honored to present an evening with Sura Hart - for New Mexico Parents, Educators and Community!

Compassionate Homes / Compassionate Schools
Learn how you can create a no-fault zone with your kids for mutual respect, co-operation, and peace!  During this 2-hour interactive workshop, Sura will demonstrate ground-breaking tools for home and classroom, based on the powerful proven foundations of Nonviolent Communication.

Discover how you can effectively:
End power struggles,
Express yourself clearly in ways you can be heard,
Teach kids to resolve their own conflicts,
Understand underlying cause of kids' behavior,
Fulfiil the #1 requirement for engaged learning, and
Increase peace, harmony & fun!

Sura Hart is a parent & teacher, and certified trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication, founded by Marshall Rosenberg. For over 30 years, Sura has been teaching & learning from young people in classrooms and after school programs, as well as teaching and coaching teachers, school administrators, and parents. Her trainings and talks have taken her to Canada, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, and throughout the U.S.

Sura is co-author, with Victoria Kindle-Hodson, of three books: The Compassionate Classroom; Respectful Parents, Respectful Kids; and The No Fault Classroom: Tools to Resolve Conflict & Foster Relationship Intelligence.
Sura & Victoria, are also creators of The No-Fault Game, used in families, classrooms, and businesses, to facilitate connected conversations, effective problem solving & peaceful conflict resolution.
