Jill, @ Bounce U of Albuquerque, wishes to announce a NEW series of
exercise PE classes that are soon forming!
Think of it as a PLAYFUL "Bouncing Boot Camp!" :D
Sustained bouncing helps to develop fine motor skills.

Additionally . . . "Our boot camps encourage/challenge participants to explore their limits while defining their health 'space.'
. . . We're all aware that bouncing can be great exercise; but, did you know that the health benefits of bouncing often exceed those of other exercise options?" On a cardiovascular level, for example, sustained bouncing may:
* increase the amount of oxygen in the body
* increase lymphatic circulation (promotes detoxification of waste/toxins)
* reduce cholesterol
* stimulate digestion & metabolism
* increase muscle strength
As is true w/rebounding, the g-force experienced while in a free-fall lowers cell pressure & pushes out toxins (which improves cellular health).
Additionally, bone density is enhanced becaused repeated impact (when bouncing) improves mineral content; so, frequent bouncers are less likely to develop osteoporosis & bone fractures throughout their lifespans. (Though other high-impact exercises, like jogging, provide similar benefits, bouncing is much easier on joints and the spine because of the "give" that the pliant surface offers.)
