I called the Community Center and they said that no one has registered for the classes.  So I think if you'd like to participate, you'll need to register in advance so they know how many participants to expect.  The phone number for the Community Center is 314-0245.  I'm not sure if there is a minimum number of participants for them to hold the classes.

Thanks for posting the flyer!  i couldn't figure out how to do that.  :)

The latest update is that classes will begin on Friday Nov. 12.  If you'd like to participate, you need to fill out a registration form (and I assume pay the fees) sometime before the class you wish to attend.  So if you plan on going on Friday, they said you can go in this week to fill out the form, or Friday MORNING.  So far, they said they only have 2 people planning on attending, but that they'll still hold the class.
