Reports of mysterious animal die-offs have become increasingly common over the last few months.
Yesterday, tens of millions of dead anchovies floated to the surface of the waters in Redondo Beach, California.    http://www.naturalnews.com/031645_dead_fish_Redondo_Beach.html
It's part of the continuing mass die-offs of animals across our planet.
