Hi, my name is Amanda Blanco and my daughter's name is Hannah Blanco (age 8).
We moved here in September to join my partner (soon to be husband) Peter.
He is working/apprenticing at the Tamarind Institute as a master Lithographer.
For the past three years, I taught kindergarten in a Waldorf school.
I am a 'jack of many (I wouldn't say all) trades' kind of person.  
I have run a small, 20 family, organic C.S.A., and also co-managed a organic produce delivery service.
I am a professional chef specializing in Macrobiotic cooking.
I graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts with a major in Printmaking.
And, I am a trained Doula, among other things.
Now I am a full time homeschool teacher/mom.
I have been coming to 'park day' and am looking forward to learning more about all of you.
And Hannah is looking forward to more playdates!

Welcome, Amanda.   We Know about the Tamarind Institute.   Very neat.    A friend of ours is a director there and we have a number of lithographs that were produced there.   I would love to see what your husband does.
