My name is Christina Taylor. I have been teaching dance for 15 years and began assistant teaching at the age of 14.
I have studied Jazz, Ballet, Modern, African, and Hip-Hop dance.  I have had the wonderful opportunity to direct and create children's art programs as well as teach at dance studios and after-school programs.  I believe dance is a wonderful form of expression and creativity and children should have an opportunity to experience dance.  I am CPR/First Aid certified as well as finger printed and FBI background checked.  

These dance classes are designed to enhance flexibility, coordination, social skills, and creativity. Children and youth will have the opportunity to learn choreography, express individual expression through movement, and learn how to work as a team with peers.  Classes are open to homeschoolers, kids with disabilities, as well as the general public. Classes are as follows:

Tiny Ballerinas: 5-8 years old
Cost:  $40 month or $5 a class
Time/Day:Wed 10-11am/ Fridays 12:00-1:00
*Basic ballet and modern dance techniques will be taught.
**Class size minimum of 5 and maximum of 12

Hip-Hop/Jazz:  5-9 years old
Cost:  $40 month or $5 a class
Time/Day: Wed 11:15-12:15/ Fridays 1:15-2:15
*Basic street dance, rhythm, and break dance moves will be taught.
**Class size minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12

Hip-Hop/Jazz: 9-15 years old
Cost: $40 month or $5 a class
Time/Day: Wed 12:30-1:30/ Fridays 2:15-3:15
*Basic to intermediate street dance, rhythm, and break dance moves will be taught.
**Class size minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15.
