Dogwood Therapy Services is an occupational therapy clinic which serves individuals aged 4-104! We treat people with neuromusculoskeletal, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. Difficulty riding a bike? Too uncoordinated for sports? Poor handwriting? Difficulty making friends? Anxiety? Problem solving difficulty? Disorganized? We also offer day, after school, and summer programs. Our integrated programs serve kids with and without disabilities. Our specialty is the human-animal bond to motive participation in activities that promote development of skills. We offer Doga (stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques), assistance dog training (a collaborative process with Assistance Dogs of the West), and more! Our non-traditional work integrates kids with and without disabilities. Located on Alameda and North Rio Grande.
For kids who may benefit from OT services, we take most major insurance (Pres, Molina, BCBS, Mi Via, Tricare/Triwest, United, and more). Our day, after school and summer programs for kids with no disabilities are private pay.
